Overview

Graydragon is a privately operated personal knowledge and productivity system. This policy explains how Graydragon handles data obtained through authorized Google account access.

Information accessed

When authorized by the Google account owner, Graydragon may read Gmail and Google Calendar information within the scopes approved on Google's consent screen, including message metadata/content and calendar event details needed for requested features.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide private personal-assistant and knowledge-management functions requested by the authorized user, including daily briefings, upcoming commitments, follow-ups, attention items, search, and planning.

Sharing and sale

Graydragon does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or disclose it to unrelated third parties.

Storage and security

Graydragon is designed around private, owner-controlled infrastructure. Public pages on this domain do not contain the user's private Gmail, Calendar, personal knowledge base, or Second Brain content.

Retention and deletion

Retention is controlled by the system owner. The owner may revoke Google account access through Google Account permissions and may remove locally stored derived data through Graydragon's storage and maintenance procedures.

Google API Limited Use

Graydragon's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is limited to providing or improving the user-facing features requested by the authorized user and is intended to comply with applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements.
